• Participants must secure a medical certificate issued within the year from a registered physician in the Philippines.
• Participants must present the signed waiver upon claiming of race kit.

Race Kit Distribution
• Race kits will be distributed on April 26, 2013 8am to 8pm at Tagbilaran Community Hospital new building, Tagbilaran City, Bohol
• Distribution of unclaimed race kits on April 27, 2013 until 2pm only at Chocolate Hills National park during/after the briefing and carbo loading.
• Out of town participants may pick up their race kit during the race day. Bank deposit slip, valid ID, signed waiver, and a 2013 medical certificate are required to be presented upon claiming of race kit.
General Race Rules
• Runners must be able to check-in at 2pm to 2:45pm. Participants who are unable to check-in before 2:45pm will be considered DID NOT START {DNS}.
• A working headlamp/flashlight and a blinker are required for each runner during the race and must be presented during race check in.
• Race bib must be worn in front of the body and must be visible at all times during the whole duration of the race.
• A “Leave no Trace” policy will be implemented, Bohol is known for being a clean province and tourist destination, let’s help keep it that way. Strictly no littering. Runners, crew, and staff are required to bring their own bottles or hydration packs as no cups and bottled water will be distributed on the aid stations (every 10km). Water will be available via dispensers.
• Runners must stay on the far left side of the road (facing traffic), and in single file.
• Cut-off time for the finish line will be at 6 AM on April 28, 2013 (50 miles and 50 kilometers categories) after the designated official start time. All runners unable to reach this point is considered DNF(Did not finish). All aid stations and road support will be pulled out. Runner’s name will not be included in the official finisher’s list.
• Runners must present themselves to race marshals at checkpoints areas (time stations) along the course (arrival times will be recorded in these stations).
• Runners, crew, and staff must not litter or pollute the environment.
• Participants are not allowed to ride a moving vehicle for any reason and will automatically be disqualified. Resting in a stationary vehicle is allowed.
• All racers, crew and staff must display courtesy, good taste, decorum, and sportsmanship at all times. Nudity is specifically not allowed.
Support Crew and Assistance
• Support vehicles are allowed.
• Support vehicles are restricted from following or shadowing their runners. They are required to leap frog their runner every few kilometers and park at the rightmost side of the road/shoulder (must not go against the flow of traffic.)
• Sharing of support vehicles are allowed.
• Unregistered pacers are not allowed. Runners with unregistered runners will be disqualified automatically.
Withdrawing or Leaving the Course
• There will be no allowance made for lost time due to error in navigation on the runners part.
• If a runner withdraws, he/she or his/her crew must contact the RD (Race Director) or the race official of the nearest aid station immediately. Name, reason for withdrawal, time of withdrawal, and kilometers completed must be stated.
• All Emergency Evacuation costs for participants or crews will be borne by that person or their heirs.
Safety Issues and Medical Assistance
• This is an open road race, roads will not be closed for this event. Always look both ways when crossing the street.
• I.V.s (intravenous fluids) are not permitted during the race. If a racer receives an I.V. during the race, for any reason, then that racer is disqualified and must withdraw from the race and the race course.
Rule Enforcement
• "Cheating" will result in immediate disqualification of the racer.
• The Race Director has the authority, at any time, to overrule any rule or invent a new rule based on extenuating, unforeseen, and/or unusual circumstances and/or to maintain the integrity and fair play necessary for the successful completion, and continuation, of the race. The Race Director has ultimate authority in regards to all rules, their interpretation, and their enforcement.
• All entrants in the race, and their support crews, willingly acknowledge this fact, as well as all other race rules, by attending the race in any capacity.
• All registration fees are non refundable in the event that the race will be cancelled due to an unforeseen situation or due to calamities or an act of God event.
• Transfer of registration should be done at least 24 hours before the race day.
Transportation
• Free shuttle bus shall be provided for the 50 miles and 50k category participants from Panglao Kalikasan Dive Resort/Tagbilaran City to Loboc and Carmen.
