Gualandi Volunteer Service Programme, Inc is organizing a run dubbed as "Break The Silence: Stop Deaf Sexual Abuse" on April 21, 2013, Sunday at Ayala Terraces, Cebu Business Park, Cebu City. Assembly Time is 4 AM.
Race categories includes 4K, 8K and 16K. There will also be special category for Person With Disabilities or PWD. Registration is pegged at P350 inclusive of race bib and singlet.
