Registration Fee:
- 5K & 10K – P350
- 21K – P500

Registration Centers:
- Send duly filled up official registration form via email to Y101Cebu@yahoo.com 
- Submit it at the Y101 Studios 2nd Floor Gaisano Countrymall, Banilad, Cebu City.

For payments you have the option to:
- Pay it online i.e. PayPal (please include payment receipt details with the filled out form via email)
- Deposit it via BPI Account Name: GVM Radio/TV Corp. Account Number: 1021-0124-71 and present the deposit slip as proof of payment."
